It helps enormously if you can say which device you were on, what you were doing, and what you expected instead. If it was a rules question, the exact position — what was on the table and what you were holding — settles it faster than anything else.

Playing with friends is not finding the room

A game stopped

If somebody's phone locks or loses Wi-Fi mid-game, their seat is held. After a minute a computer plays it for them, and they get it back the moment they return — unless the room agreed to wait instead, in which case everybody waits. If the phone that started the room goes away, the game cannot continue: that phone is the one running it. Everybody is told so rather than being left looking at a table that has quietly stopped.

Turning things off

The rules

The whole rule set the app plays by is in the app itself, under How to play, in all three languages. If the app and your table at home disagree, it is worth saying so — Durak is played slightly differently in different places, and the settings may already cover it.
